Aloha,

I just wanted to send a quick note thanking you for facilitating such a wonderful venue for shooters to enjoy. Here's a request for help with your calendar. Briefly, every time I try to import the events using the LINK on your website, the time moves over in GMT timezone format. When I correct to the PST timezone the events move to the correct day but, now the start times are off? Help? We love what you do!

Yep, there is something wonky with the iCal export, I just haven't had time to dive into the calendar software (would love to see this work correctly on my iPhone).

Brian,

Thank you for responding. I believe all you need to do is change your your timezone settings in iCal. If you are using a MAC to post events on my end it appears you have it set on GMT. I happen to work for Apple and my research suggest that may be the issue. Please try switching the timezone to PACIFIC and then re-publish your calendar to the website. When I tried to edit your ICS file in my iCal, changing from GMT to Pacific moved the events to the right day but, converted the times to Pacific. If you make the change on your end, that should fix it. Yes, I too want this to work on my iPhone.

Naz -

The events are entered directly into the webcalendar package - they aren't being posted via iCal (and the webcalendar is set for the correct server time zone - MST in this case). Again, I think the problem is a bug in the webcalendar package when it goes to post an iCal version of the events.

Naz -

I updated webcalendar and everything looks good when I import to my iPhone, Outlook on the PC seems to mess up the day (but not the hour) - could this be an outlook thing?
