[8:00am] Fun Pistol (Lemon Grove)
- Description:
- 6 Creative stages with a mix of steel and paper targets using ICORE rules. Relaxed setting makes this a great match for new shooters.
Any semi-auto pistol or revolver capable of holding 6 rounds, holster or gun bag, 130 rounds of ammunition, a minimum of 3 magazines or speed loaders, eye protection (shooting glasses), hearing protection and a desire to have some fun. Holsters must be attached at the belt level unless it is a cowboy rig. No shoulder holsters or cross-draw rigs are to be used. Cross-draw rigs may be used by Cowboy Action Shooter participants on a case-by-case basis. As an alternate to a holster, a gun rug or range bag may be used to store the firearm while not being used.
There is a similar .22LR only match on the 3rd Saturday of the month.

- Prado IDPA (http://www.prado-idpa.com/) holds two IDPA matches a month at the Prado Olympic Shooting Park. Matches are held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, new shooters meeting is at 8:00AM, matches start at 8:30AM. Fees are $20 for IDPA members, $25 for non-members. Prado IDPA also holds an IDPA Classifier match three or four times a year. Please verify dates and times with the hosting club.

- Running Gun USPSA (http://nrg.jvdynamics.com/nrg) holds a match every Saturday in Norco, CA. The Norco range is located at the corner of Hellman and Old River Road in the city of Norco. USPSA experience is not required. Bring your favorite gun, 250 rounds of ammo, a strong-side hip holster and be at the range at 8:30am. Be prepared to have a great time, it's 100% pure fun! Match starts at 8:30AM and the match fee is typically around $30. Please verify dates and times with the hosting club.
